Joiyin Introduces Something for Today: Two Ideas a Day, Optional
TORONTO, ON – April 16, 2026 – Joiyin released Something for Today in the app: two ideas per day, meant to be noticed rather than completed. No streaks, scores, or leaderboard.
What it is
Each day shows two ideas. Right here is a small moment you can have wherever you are. A compass sits beside it as a hint for that idea only. Out there is a small outing. Do it alone, or tap Make it an activity to post it with your own time and place. Use either idea or ignore it. An optional same-day chat covers both (ephemeral; not private 1:1 messaging). Browse as a guest; sign in to post.
Low pressure by design
Nothing records whether you acted on an idea. No falling behind, no gamification. It fits Joiyin’s activity-first approach. Useful solo, and it does not replace posting or joining activities with people nearby.
